*Although our stencils are made for cookie decorating, they can be used for crafts with paint and for face painting.

DESCRIPTION:
All our stencils are made 5.5" X 5.5" (overall plastic sheet). They are all compatible with the stencil genie and the Sweet stencil holder by the sweetest tiers.
Stencils are made from 100% food safe plastic (.005) and are washable and reusable.

SIZE OF THE DESIGN: Size options reflect the size of the design cutout at the longest side, length or width.
You must make sure that the size selected (L X W) will be slightly smaller than your design area to fit perfectly.
You also have to take in consideration the shape of your cookie cutter. A design that is 3" will fit on a 3.5" square cookie but may not fit a 3.5" circular cookie due to the shape of the design.

MATCHING COOKIE CUTTER OPTION:
The cookie cutter is the outline shape of the design and will be slightly larger than the selected design size to allow for the proper stenciling.
For example, if you select a design that is 3.25" (at the longest side length or width), the cookie cutter will have 3.6" at the longest side.
AGAIN PLEASE NOTE: The size options are not for the cookie cutter but the design cutout ,so your final cookie will be slightly bigger than the size you select.

CUTTERS MATERIAL: All our cutters are made from food safe PLA (biodegradable plastic).

Exposure to heat or to hot water will surely warp / damage your PLA cutters.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Orders to Canada are shipped using Canada post tracked service. Delivery is between 5 to 15 BUSINESS days (may be longer due to some holidays).
Orders to the USA are shipped using USPS first-class mail. Delivery is between 3 to 10 BUSINESS days. (may be longer during holidays).
Please note: I am not responsible for delays from the postal services and customs.
CANCELLATION - RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you placed an order and it has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it for you but please note all cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee; these are fees we are charged by the payment processors/credit card companies and they do not get refunded back to us when we issue cancellations or refunds. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours.
Due to the nature of our items (Made to order + being used for food), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
