Shipping

All Stencils and cutters are made to order just for you.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order process in addition to shipping.

We don't process orders during weekends. All orders received after Friday 1pm (Eastern time) will be processed on the next Monday.

**Holidays may create additional delays for process and delivery of your order.**

Please note, we don't offer express shipping for orders outside of Canada!

We advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns and exchanges

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PICK THE RIGHT SIZE STENCIL FOR YOUR PROJECT AS WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Due to the culinary nature of our products, all orders are final sale.

In the event of any problems after receiving your order, please let us know asap and We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Payment
We only accept payments with PayPal, Credit Cards through paypal (no paypal account required).

*** Please make sure that Your PAYPAL Shipping address is correct.
BUYER IS 100% RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Once an order is shipped ,it's totally out of our control and there is nothing that we can do to update a shipping label !
If your order is returned to us due to there being a wrong address, we will refund the order minus original shipping OR ship them out again, BUT you will have to pay for shipping for the second time as well.
If you choose a refund instead, we will refund the order MINUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING once we have the shipment back to our office in Quebec.

Canada : Standard delivery is 5 to 10 business days (excluding process time).
Holidays may create additional delays.
Shipped with Chitchats /CANADA POST.
Shipping cost is what we are charged to ship the order to you. All shipments are tracked and insured.
We don't ship using a non-tracked service! Thanks for understanding.

USA : 3 to 7 Business days (excluding process time) SHIPPED WITH USPS first-class mail.

INTERNATIONAL : 10-20 Business days (excluding process time)
**Delivery may be longer depending of the process time by your customs.
We don't offer any guaranteed delivery dates due to customs.
