DESIGN SIZE : You must determine the size of the design area on your cookie/cutter.

The size you pick need to be smaller than the design area to make sure that the design fits.

This cookie stencil is 5.5" X 5.5" (overall) ,made to fit the stencil genie and the Sweet stencil holder by the sweetest tiers.

All our stencils are made from 100% food safe plastic (.005) and are washable and reusable. 

HAND WASH ONLY using warm soapy water *** ** NOT DISHWASHER SAFE **. 

Size of the design: Many sizes available :) 

Please select the right one for your cookies as we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Matching cookie cutter is available, please select the option.

* For the stencil alone , sizes reflect the design cutout. For the set (stencil and matching cutter) sizes reflect the size of the cutter.

The matching cookie cutter is now available for all our PYO stencils.

The cookie cutter is the outline of the design and will be slightly larger than the selected design to allow for the proper stenciling.

AGAIN PLEASE NOTE: The size options are not for the cookie cutter but the design ,so your final cookie will be slightly bigger than the size you select.

CUTTERS material: All our cutters are made from food safe PLA (biodegradable plastic).

** Cutters are HAND WASH ONLY *** ** NOT DISHWASHER SAFE **.

Hand wash ONLY using warm soapy water. **

Exposure to heat or to hot water will surely warp / damage your PLA cutters.

PROCESS TIME :

We always do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible!

Our stencils are made to order (we do not keep inventory).

Our actual process time is always mentioned through our shop announcement.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:

Order to Canada are shipped using Canada post tracked service. Delivery is between 5 to 15 BUSINESS days (may be longer due to some holidays).

Orders to USA are shipped using USPS first-class mail. Delivery is between 3 to 10 BUSINESS days. (may be longer during holidays).

Deliveries to any other countries can be up to 6 weeks (may be longer from October to January due to the holidays). Please note: I am not responsible for delays from the postal services and customs. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE:***Sorry… no returns or exchanges.

Due to the culinary nature of our products, all orders are final sale.

Stencils are washable and reusable.

CARE: Just rinse with warm soapy water and lay flat to dry. *** do not put this stencil in the dishwasher !
